Horizontal Steam Sterilizer

Horizontal Steam Sterilizer is a horizontal autoclave for disinfecting and sterilizing heat-resistant medical and laboratory materials with saturated steam.It supports electric or direct steam heating and integrates chamber, jacket, piping, and control systems.

Automatic Cycle Control: The sterilization process is controlled automatically by the computer control system, reducing the need for manual adjustment during a cycle.

Integrated Drying Function: A programmable drying stage can be set for 0–99 minutes and is suitable for drying medical dressings after sterilization.

Built-in Safety Protection: The unit includes over-temperature, over-pressure and low-water protection, with automatic alarm and power cut-off under low-water conditions.

Cycle Printing: An integrated printer is provided for recording sterilization cycle information for operational documentation.

Saturated Steam Sterilization: Sterilization is performed using saturated steam, with a working temperature of 134°C and working pressure of 0.22 MPa for the listed WS-150YDB model.

Gravity Air Removal: The chamber uses gravity displacement to release cold air before sterilization, supporting steam contact with the load.

Automatic Steam Regulation: The control system adjusts steam inlet and outlet according to chamber temperature during the sterilization process.

Programmable Time Settings: Sterilization and drying times can each be set from 0–99 minutes, allowing the cycle duration to be adjusted to the load requirement.

Chamber Pressure Monitoring: A dedicated pressure gauge displays the pressure inside the sterilization chamber during operation.

Jacket Pressure Monitoring: A separate pressure gauge monitors jacket pressure, allowing the heating-side pressure to be checked independently.

Door & Handle Assembly: The front door is fitted with an opening handle for loading and unloading sterilized materials.

Control & Display Panel: The control system integrates an LED display, power switch and printer for equipment operation and cycle record output.

Hospital & Clinic Instruments: Suitable for steam sterilization of reusable surgical instruments and other heat-resistant medical equipment.

Laboratory Materials: Applicable to glassware, laboratory utensils and culture media used in scientific research and laboratory operations.

Mushroom & Culture Media: Suitable for sterilizing culture media and glass containers used in mushroom cultivation and related laboratory processes.

Heat-Resistant Fabric Loads: Can be used for steam sterilization and subsequent drying of heat-resistant medical dressings and fabric materials.

Chamber Inspection: The stainless steel sterilization chamber and main structural components are inspected before final assembly.
Control System Check: The automatic control system is checked for cycle operation, temperature adjustment and alarm response.
Safety Function Check: Door interlock, over-pressure protection and low-water protection are checked before shipment.
Operating Cycle Test: The assembled unit is run through an operating cycle to verify heating, steam control, sterilization timing and drying functions.

Electrical Supply: The WS-150YDB requires a 380 V, 50 Hz power supply with a rated heating power of 9 kW.

Heating Source: The sterilizer supports electric heating or direct steam heating. For direct steam operation, the required steam supply conditions should be confirmed before installation.

Installation Space: The machine measures 1400 × 650 × 1600 mm, while the transport dimensions are 1560 × 820 × 1820 mm; sufficient clearance should be reserved for loading and servicing.

Equipment Handling: With a net weight of approximately 340 kg, suitable lifting and positioning equipment should be arranged for installation and relocation.
